How many nails come in a set?
Each set includes 10 nails, plus an option for a backup nail. Simply add a note requesting backup nails when you place your order.
What comes in the package?
Your package will include your selected press-on nails, application instructions, and any additional items you may have ordered.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! I ship worldwide!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically have a processing time of up to two weeks. Once processed, shipping times will vary based on your location.
How do I find my nail size?
You can find your nail size by using our sizing kit or following the measuring instructions provided on our website.
Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
For sanitary reasons and due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or offer refunds. Please ensure to double-check your order and sizing before finalizing.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has quality issues, please submit a claim within two weeks of receiving the item, and I will be happy to assist.

Processing Time
All custom orders have a processing time of approximately two weeks after design confirmation. Ready-to-ship items will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, and delays may occur due to factors outside my control.
International Shipping
International shipping is available; however, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages are handed to the carrier, I am not liable for lost or delayed packages. For issues, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and I will assist in finding a solution.

How long will my press-on nails last?
With proper nail prep and application, press-on nails can last anywhere from a few days to 4 weeks. They can last a 1-2 days with the adhesive tabs.
Are press-on nails just as good as a gel mani?
Yes! Press-on nails are an excellent alternative for those who need shorter nails for work, individuals with sensory issues, or religious beliefs that prevent regular manicures. They’re also a fantastic solution for special events, allowing you to match your nails to your outfits effortlessly.
What if my package gets lost?
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, I am no longer liable for lost or delayed packages. However, if you encounter issues, please contact the carrier with your tracking information, and they may be able to assist you.

How do I order a custom set?
To order a custom set, please email me at plpressons@gmail.com. Include your desired design tier, color palette, reference images, preferred nail shape, length, and size (use the sizing guide if needed). Also, mention any deadlines and additional preferences. Once I accept your custom order, you’ll receive a rough sketch, which you can review twice before approving the final design. After approval, I’ll begin painting your set, with a processing time of approximately two weeks after design confirmation.
